Andy Snyder-5 Teens and 1 Toddler

In this picture from left to right: Daniel, Farrah held by Elizabeth, Alora, Aiyana kissed by Andy, Cheri and Blake

Andy here.  My family is growing by leaps and bounds.  Many have asked if I'm trying to follow in my parents footsteps, but I say a large family is a happy family!  After all, the family I grew up in was the happiest around!

This is a picture of our third child, Cheri.  Aiyana and I both decided to do good like my parents by adopting a child.  Little did we know at the time that she was also pregnant with our second child, Blake.  However, Cheri fit in perfectly!  Cheri is a Romance Sim, which we both were very troubled by when the allotment came up for her, but she seems to have chosen a Lifetime Want that we all can be happy with.  She hopes to one day be a Rock God.  Needless to say, there's been a lot of loud noises coming from our back shed!

Aiyana and I were both surprised shortly before our Elizabeth became a teen, when she became pregnant.  We hadn't exactly done anything to prevent pregnancy, but at the same time, we weren't sure if the rest of the family was ready for another little one in the house.  Five teenagers and one newborn makes for one very spoiled little baby!

What we thought was our youngest turned into a teen.  On the couch her older sister Alora can be seen watching and plotting.  This is our Elizabeth who by allotment became a Fortune Sim with the Lifetime Want of becoming Chief of Staff.  Right away our ambitious teen found a job immediately in the Medical Field.  Now, you may wonder why I made the comment that Alora, our oldest Family Sim child is "plotting" against Elizabeth.  Take a look:

When Elizabeth was a toddler, and even a child, the two got along beautifully.  However, after any Sim becomes a teen, all bets are off with Alora.  Aiyana and I are not sure where she gets all of her aggression.  And to think that she wants to one day graduate three children from college!  It'll be a rough road for our Alora.  She won't find a young man who will want to achieve that goal with her if she continues to treat others this way!

As one would expect, Aiyana eventually gave birth to our 6th child.  Naturally, it happened in the middle of the night.  At least this time she didn't go into labor in the bathroom like most of our previous births!

Please allow me to introduce Farrah Snyder.  I spoke with Dad, and we thought it'd be best to begin setting the allotments right away for each Sim who is born into Twin Ridge.  So, when it comes time for our little Farrah to choose an Aspiration, Fortune will be her destiny.  Aiyana and I both sighed when the results came to us via E-Mail.  Dad serves on Twin Ridge's Town Board, so he sent us the results as soon as he heard.  We were praying there wouldn't be another Romance Sim in our family, two is more than enough!

Our youngest son, Daniel, was there when Farrah transitioned into a toddler.  Daniel is our other Romance Sim, but again, his Lifetime Want was one that Aiyana and I could feel proud of him for.  He wants to go down the Athletic field and become a Hall of Famer.  Although he was not allotted the Family Sim aspiration, he seems to be a natural at it.  He helped Aiyana and I with teaching our youngest the necessities in life, such as potty training, walking, and talking.  Every now and then, Aiyana and I would catch him dreamy eyed watching his little sister.

I try to make breakfast for the kids in the morning as often as I can, but I'm not always quick enough to feed them before they are running out the door, so it was so nice to be able to sit down with them Saturday morning and have some omelette's.  Aiyana and Farrah are missing from the picture as Aiyana was working with our youngest by teaching her to walk.

Well, Dad asked that I make this a short and sweet update on where my family is, so I suppose I'll make this it.  Though, one last picture to leave you with:

Aiyana has reached the highest level in Arts and Crafts, so she literally glows when she does anything artsy!  I love this picture of her painting our family!  I can't wait to hang it in the family room.

Thank you, Mel! I do miss reading regular updates in our NPC Challenge thread, you know. This really was a pleasant surprise to find when I sat down with my morning coffee just now :-)
For quite a while now, I have been playing TS3, but I do miss my New Maximiliania and hope to start on the Curious family's next week soon.

I hadn't realized it'd been so long since I'd posted about Twin Ridge, until I actually did! I really missed playing that 'hood and was surprised to find Aiyana pregnant. Apparently, I hadn't played this family in a LONG time! LOL Glad you enjoyed it! I'm home today with a sick child, so I may load up TS3, but that would require me to put it back in my pc. I'm not so sure my pc could take it right now, Scott has his online game loaded in here too, so we shall see. :)
